Flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by FedEx®, DHL® or UPS® are only available for delivery in the United States. All items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states. We regret it cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Next Day, Two Day, Standard Delivery (within 3 business days), or Saturday Delivery are available for most products.

Perishable items may require Next Day or Two Day Delivery to avoid spoilage.

Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount.

Sunday delivery is not available.

Saturday Delivery is available in most areas For specific items including fresh fruit and gourmet items these may not be available for delivery on Monday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Once an item has been shipped we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.

For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.

Please note: Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process and deliver.

There is a 11am PST cut-off time for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
